An opportunity to purchase rising 2.5yo Merino Ewes. A great start to a small flock or a good addition to an existing flock. This is an Annual Sale of Surplus Ewes in September on Auctions Plus. 100% weighed from 35-68kg to Average 45.7kg at Assessment. The 2yo Ewes have only recently had lambs Weaned off them but it is evident that some may have lost a lamb as they are in much heavier and fatter condition than others. Rams have been solely sourced from Roseville Park Merino Stud for the past 8 years. Shorn on 20th July, 2021 the Vendor Advises that with 10.5 Months Wool the 2yo Ewes cut 5.6kg of skirted Fleece Wool at 18.5 Micron with a yield of 71.3% at 49n/kt, selling at Auction (17/8/2021) for 1363c/kg greasy or 1912c/kg clean. These Ewes have been Mulesed and Gudair Vaccinated. Photos included of sheep and wool pre shearing. Note that only the dirtiest sheep will be cleaned up on delivery due to recent shearing and that the management tag in the left ear will be removed.
