Assessor Comments
Offering on behalf of GL Carter Family Trust is a line of 270 AUG 2017 drop ewes. This is the second draft of surplus/cast for ages ewes all mouthed at assessment to ensure no broken mouths. They are September shorn where they cut 5.5kg of 18.5 micron wool. These small to medium framed ewes present in good order averaging 53kg at assessment and are continuing to improve post shearing. Bred out of Sohnic, Wallaloo Park and Glenlea Park rams specifically selected for plain body type whilst retaining wool cut and style to suit vendors operation. Please note that two ewes had skin breaks on their backs from boil bursts but are healing nicely. Nice neat line of tried and tested ewes to incorporate into a Merino or wool operation.
