Assessor Comments
Buyers, here is a line of 35 well bred Shorthorn cows in the prime of their lives. These medium to large frame cows are surplus to the Tym Grazing operational requirements, having fallen out of line with their normal calving, and now provide you with the opportunity to secure 45 years of genetic selection for fertility, and production. These 4 - 6 year old cows are PTIC to the low birth weight Yamburgan, and Futurity bulls for calving ease, and having already raised 2 or 3 calves previously, should go on to be great mothers again this time. Due to commence calving in early October, this lot contains 34 PTIC red tags, and 1 PTIC blue tag. Buyers please be aware, these cattle have had 2 separate joinings, the 1st from 1/1/21 to 30/1/21, the 2nd from 15/3/21 to 30/5/21, please refer to the comments at the bottom of the preg testing certificate [see photo]. There is 1 horned cow , please refer to the photo, and there is 1 cow with old pink eye scaring in 1 eye not deemed detrimental.

An even line of cows that reflect high calving ease and produce low birth weight calves. The cattle are being offered for sale to take advantage of a record high restocker market and to promote a tighter calving window within our herd.
