The cattle were easy to handle throughout the assessment process, they were settled in the yards, and were calm whilst walking through the mob taking photos for the assessment.

A draft of Brangus and Brangus/Brahman cross first calf breeders, with calves at foot by Brangus bulls, rejoined to CPR Brangus Stud registered bulls for a 35 day joining window. 4 cows are branded No2's and 74 branded No1's. A break up of the cows include 25 brown, 6 honey, 5 grey, 20 brindle, 5 red, 9 black and 8 black with a whit Gur neck. Including 57 poll cows,10 Scur, 8 de/horned and 3 with slight horn. One grey cows has evidence of fly bite on her neck. The calves include 38 female, with 28 black, 4 brindle and 6 honey calves. 40 male calves including 30 black, 5 brindle and 5 Grey/Honey calves all to average 170 kg. Both the cows & the calves were treated with a Cydectin backline on the 12/3/2024. The cows are in strong store condition, with the calves being very fresh. The calves are not marked and unbranded, all with NLIS tags.
