These heifers have had the full program, handled by experienced stock people at weaning with dogs, side by sides on foot and with horses, it has been noted & discussed at assessment these heifers are not up to the usual standard the vendor would like, they are free flowing through out the yards, at assessment there was minimal fuss while working cattle through the weighing. Attached in videos heifers free moving but respectful, under pressure a % of heifers may stir up.

A total of 159 EU vendor-bred Quality First Calf Heifers, PTIC to proven low birth weight, high indexing Angus bulls, selected with a focus on above-average IMF, 600-day weight, and positive calving ease. These heifers are being offered in two "out the gate" lots of 80 head and 79head, presenting an excellent opportunity to secure a large, even line. Lyndhurst is a large-scale breeding operation in the Northern NSW New England region, with a long-standing focus on developing medium to large frame, functional cows that consistently produce highly sought-after progeny suited to both grass-fed and grain-fed markets. This offering represents access to many years of dedicated breeding and genetics for future females with there whole lives ahead. The heifers are fully up to date with animal health treatments, including: Selovin LA 7-in-1 vaccination Pestigard Cydectin Platinum They have been joined for 8 weeks and are due to commence calving from mid-July. vendor’s continued use of Tangley Angus bulls, reflecting their satisfaction with calving ease performance and consistency in their heifer program year after year.

The particular "Tanglee" LBW Angus bulls are proven year on year, a comment from the vendor "very little assistance is made with heifers, as years of breeding it could be less then 3% mortality in an operation that calves down as many as 600 heifers
Grazing Conditions
These heifers have been grazing a mix of both improved pasture + fertilized native grasses. They have maintained realistic weight gains through of quite a dry summer. Heifers have been returned to same.
