Outstanding line of young PTIC Rennylea Angus cows in calf to very good quality Rennylea Bulls (links attached) to calve over a tight 3-4 week period from late April-mid May. The Skinners are very passionate Angus breeders and have been using AI throughout the herd for the past 7 years to turbo charge genetic gain. Selection pressure is placed on every female with a hard-line approach to culling on visual, structural soundness, temperament as well as genomics (through heifer select) in the last 3 years. Steers from this herd have won multiple awards including most recently coming first at Beef 2024 National Beef Carcase Competition. Only being sold due to having sufficient numbers and very high conception rates - these are detected as conceiving in the last cycle of the joining period. Classed in breeders that would make a great addition to any herd or for someone looking for an entry into breeding. Please note; vendor also has 6 PTIC heifers in this sale.
