These heifers were a pleasure to handle in the paddock and yards. They flowed through the yards very well and were easily assessed. A small number of heifers become slightly agitated in crush however soon returned to a calm state when returned to mob. Heifers are typical of pastoral bred cattle that tend to move quickly through gates however all block well and were easily handled.

Assessor Comments
Buyers on offer are an excellent run of flatback heifers. These heifers were originally bought as Cows & Calves from the renowned AJM Pastoral cow herd. The heifers have been running on Oats since weaning and have done very well in that time. The heifers would be ideal to take on an grow out to suit a domestic feeder market. They are all very suitable flatback heifers with only a small number showing slightly more Charbray content. With the impressive breeding behind these heifers, they would also grow out to be an excellent run of replacement heifers in time to come. Buyers here presents an excellent opportunity to acquire a fantastic run of well bred heifers that are sure to impress.
