A good to mostly very good quality line of vendor bred steers. They were yard weaned at assessment onto hay and weaner pellets and will be in the yards until delivery. With medium to large frame they show good weight for age and suit to background to heavy export feeder weights. They are sired by Mooroobie Angus bulls out of Angus and Angus Hereford cows, majority of the cows are Angus. They were weighed after being in the yards overnight with their mothers. They have been vaccinated with 5 in 1 at branding. Good quality backgrounder steers that will suit a range of high quality feeder and slaughter markets.

We are very proud of Donor Jean P303 – the mother ship. Jean B21’s progeny directly shows the power and consistency of our cow lines here with 9 lots represented. P303 has been a very successful donor for us and is a prolific egg producer, averaging over nine eggs per flush conventional. Her eleven sons that have gone through the sale have consistently featured in our top pens. P303 is the most impressive cow in the flesh showing phenomenal capacity, consistent with Premier Guardian and the renowned Premier Jestress H66 cow in her paternal pedigree. Her eggs raised $5050 each by Rob and Tania Jarret in 2022 at the Molong Flood Charity Auction and we raised over $20,000 for flood victims in all.
