A mostly very good quality line of yard weaned vendor bred steers. With medium to large frame they suit to background to export feeder weights and then crop or grain finish for a range of high quality markets. Steers are sired by NBGen Angus & Clunie Range Angus bulls over mostly Angus and some Angus x cows. Bulls used include NBGen Angus QLM23U827, QLM22T801, QLM21S843 & Clunie Range Angus bull NBH22T1871. They have been grazing native pastures with access to a dry lick and a rolled grain ration from feeders. Also note steers have had their first shot and booster shot of 7 in 1. Steers are educated to creep feeders, Optiweighs, grain feeders & electric fences and have been handled using Low Stress Stock handling techniques. Note this is the lead of this years weaners and vendor is only selling due to the season.
