A top quality line of principally vendor bred Angus, Angus Droughtmaster Cross Steers. All No 5's very well grown and show good bone and muscling. Excellent temperament. These steers are the lead draft and would normally be held through to heavier feeder off oats but season dictates early sale. Angus bulls used are predominately Mountain Valley. Feedlots have commented very favourably on performance of steers on feed. Steers are being supplementary fed in paddock with hay, silage and grain. Very suitable to take through to heavy feeder steers or grass fed/oats bullocks. Note vendor has heifer portion same sale.

We are very proud of Donor Jean P303 – the mother ship. Jean B21’s progeny directly shows the power and consistency of our cow lines here with 9 lots represented. P303 has been a very successful donor for us and is a prolific egg producer, averaging over nine eggs per flush conventional. Her eleven sons that have gone through the sale have consistently featured in our top pens. P303 is the most impressive cow in the flesh showing phenomenal capacity, consistent with Premier Guardian and the renowned Premier Jestress H66 cow in her paternal pedigree. Her eggs raised $5050 each by Rob and Tania Jarret in 2022 at the Molong Flood Charity Auction and we raised over $20,000 for flood victims in all. Her current bull calf by Rambo is an absolute ripper. Her maternal aunt is Lot 4, with both her and P303’s dam out of G117, sister to D71 who is the dam of H215.
