95 Crossbred weaner heifers that average 241kg at delivery. Based out of a Santa, Charolais, Brangus and Brahman herd of cows, and sired by Rockingham Santa/Angus and a small % of Brangus bulls these heifers are good performers on grass and are ideally suited to background to heavier feeder weights or future breeders. Buyers please note 13 hd branded family mark- no difference in heifers. The 44 Droughtmaster heifers are out of bought PTIC cows. A % of heifers have been mustered last week and weaned off cow and the remainder have been weaned for 2 months and have been out on flood out country and will remain in yards on GQ hay until delivery. Heifers are a pleasure to handle in both the yards and paddock. A large compensatory gain on offer for the purchaser with plenty of frame to pack on the kilos quickly given the opportunity. Vendor also has 2 lots of steers and another lot of heifers in this same sale.
