TOPS OF THE DROP!! 110 Angus steers. Aug/Sept '23 drop. Weighed 290kg+ at assessment. The 'Kilkenny' steers are highly regarded not only in the Western Districts, but also by repeat purchasers who have described them as "Elite performers!!" No expense has been spared on bull power within the herd with recent purchases averaging over $20,000 at Ardrossan with a major focus being placed on doing ability & positive IMF. This has been proven within this draft as they have averaged 314kg at assessment at only 7 to 8 months of age. Although weaned just 2 weeks the temperament on this draft of steers was simply outstanding in the paddock, yards and crush. The 'Kilkenny' steers would suit the most discerning bullock fattener or lot feeder! They are an exceptional draft of steers that carry my highest recommendation!!! Please note: Vendor also has another draft of 120 steers in this sale.
