Very good quality weaner steers from one of the better herds in this district. Ideal feeder steers with all the attributes and breeding to perform on grain or grass. These steers present in fresh condition and have had no set backs. This herd has under gone a heavy culling regime in the last few years and that shows through in these steers. This is the lead of 220 steers so the tail has been taken out. NOTE Weaning took place at assessment , the steers will be in the yards on good quality hay and water for three days. They will then be put into a small paddock with fresh feed until delivery. We have allowed a 1% compensatory weight adjustment for weaning. The 2 in the video showing white have been taken out and are not in the assessment.
