Steers displayed great temperament whilst being assessed. There was times where a small percentage of steers looked to become slightly agitated after being put through the race and crush, but as seen in the videos, once together in one mob were quiet placid.

On offer is a well bred line steers that were weighed from 251-320kgs LW. These steers are pure Bongongo blood, 11-12 months of age and have been properly yard weaned. Vendors cattle have always been excellent performers and have a very good reputation. They always power to feeder weights in the Springtime and feedlotters/local backgrounders who have purchased them in the past have complemented their type and doing ability. Vendor purchasers top end sires at Bongongo bull sales each year and steers are out of big, roomy females with plenty of stretch. These being the younger/lighter weight calves of their drop have plenty of time and upside to work with. There has been a tail removed from this line. Please note steers older brothers are also in same sale.
