Assessor Comments
A very nice run of quiet easy going steers that have grown well, they present in fresh condition and show good bone, length and structure. A large portion are polled and balance are clean and tidy around the heads. Mouthed 30 hd at assessment and all were straight milk tooth. They are a line of crossbred steers that show minimal hump and will grow into jap ox weight bullocks no problem at all.
These steers will suit feedlotters, grass fatteners , and crop fatteners alike, they have the temperament and type to do the job no matter where they end up.
Pre treated with dectomax injectable at assessment for ease of clearance to tick free areas
Vendor also has another 104 ( 4 decks) Flatback type feeder steers in this sale to make a total of 208 hd or 8 decks
Delivery given on trucks Moray Downs yards weighed full less 3% at Laurel Hills feedlot 50 klms away
