207 hfrs selling in two lots (103 & 104) Well grown, Excellent quality Pure Angus Heifers, ready to join to the bull of your choice. Cow herd are deep bodied, heavy boned, productive females that are bred using high indexing sires and objective selection to obtain the studs long term breeding goals of a balanced sets of EBVs combined with structural soundness and ‘front paddock’ phenotype. Waitara’s breed objectives are as follow 1. Fertile, easy calving females (that calve at two years old and every year after) 2. High growth rates whilst maintaining softness 3. A balance of desirable carcass attributes 4. Structural soundness for maximum longevity 5. Balanced EBVs All Heifers weighed through weigh box with minimum of 200 - 324kg at assessment. Average was 244kg at assessment. Any heifer with active pink eye will be removed at delivery. Come with the Assessor's highest recommendations.
