Assessor Comments
Offering a light b-double of Angus and Angus cross heifers weighing 220-340kg at assessment after a +14 hour curfew. They are flat backed and suitable for a domestic kill when finished. These heifers are acclimatised with all treatments up to date and are noticeably stacking the weight on. They have been rotationally grazing on cereal crops and improved ryegrass and clover based pastures that have ample food on offer due to spring. They have recently had their treatments including an MH+IBR and are recording positive daily weight gains and starting to shine in the coat and lay fat cover. Please refer video of cattle to determine breed content as perceptions may vary. With excess feed this line presents as the ideal low value trade article to background for the strong feeder or kill markets with all of the preparation and expense behind them. They have been pregnancy tested empty for buyer reassurance as their history was unknown. British, British and Euro cross heifers that are settled in their group and will remain as one until delivery. Should more numbers be required to fill a truck that may be possible pending requirements.
