Heifers were an absolute breeze to handle in yards. Heifers did slight rush through gates etc, but quickly calmed when that pressure was removed, only typical of age. The occasional heifer tried to step off scales or turn around while on scales, but leaving scales/crush calmly. Heifers have been handled by vendor on her own & are used to almost daily interaction with her.

Assessor Comments
F1 Speckle heifers 315-416kg at assessment (full weight). These heifers are on the up and have been running on the hayed off lucerne, oat & clover mix. They should not disappoint if given the opportunity. Heifers were preg tested by local vet day of assessment, all 21 are NDP, including 1 Freemartin (Ear Tag # 126). Heifers would fit into any herd as replacements (apart of the Freemartin) or would go great on the feed. Vendors cattle have been sold in the past and have performed very well for the purchasers. Heifers are by pure bred bulls from some of the best Speckle Park studs. They are out of vendors brought in herd of cows of Angus and Speckles. Very quiet heifers and are a pleasure to handle. Please note vendor has signed Pasturefed Cattle Assurance System Non-Certified Supplier Declaration. Vendor also offering 11 steers in todays sale.
