A very tidy line of EU accredited weaned steers. Everything about these weaners is right. Properly weaned, very carefully managed, beautiful temperament, on a rising plane of nutrition, EU accredited. They were weaned on the 11th October, using a crontrolled small paddock system, which has worked very well. They were weaned onto cereal hay and Transforce Weaning Treatment, and have been trained on mineral loose licks since birth. The vendors have used Nampara and Binnowie bulls in recent seasons, joined to Nampara and Pathfinder cows. The calves are very fresh and even in appearance, due to a tight 8 week joining period. They have been managed with electric fencing, and are very easy to handle. Please note: there is the very odd white underbelly in the mob, due to an infusion of Simm/Angus bulls a while back. They are March/April 2024 drop, and will present in good fresh forward store condition. The very odd calf also showing some signs of old ringworm patches around the head and neck
