Temperament not assessed in Paddock
Cattle are free moving in yards and do not require excessive pressure, the heifers handled well in the bigger yards but many became edgy and flighty in force during drafting when under pressure but settled when pressure was released and they returned back to the mob. I inspected these heifers in the paddock via a Honda buggy a week before assessment and heifers stood on water/at camp spots during inspection barely phased by the presence of the machine. Cattlemen will handle these heifers easily.

Assessor Comments
A nice line of Angus and Angus cross heifers for your consideration. These heifers are a nice line of heifers ideal for the local trade job, the heifers present in forward store condition with plenty of gain left in them. They are ready to power ahead on good feed with some of the recent rain events. The heifers have had far from ideal preparation continually missing out on significant rainfall events. These heifers are well bred cattle with an average weight of 334kg at Delivery after a 24 hour wet curfew with 100% not detectably pregnant at assessment by VET for purchasers piece of mind. These heifers would be an ideal option to secure and feed for the domestic market and equally have the breeding behind them to be grown out for heavier kill markets. Please note vendor has 2 other lines of heifers in same Auctions plus sale.
