From a very quiet herd, cattle were well handled & worked easily through the yards. The odd heifer got a little unsettled on scales but quickly settled once back in the mob. Heifers were weighed and assessed just after being preg tested so were a little more agitated than usual.

Unjoined Yearling Heifers that have also been preg-tested Undetectable for Buyer Confidence. High country bred cattle that have come through a very tough 7-8 month period and will make quick compensatory weight gains on good feed. Complete drop of heifers with a tail removed and none retained. Heifers are a mixture of late Spring 2023 and Autumn 2024 drop. There were 3 x heifers noted with slight blue eyes at assessment but still had full sight. There is a small amount of warts on some of the cattle. Ideal backgrounding heifers
