All steers we're a pleasure to handle, we mustered these cattle, assessed them and took them back to their paddock. No issues with any of them.

54 Angus steers which are the tops of 78 Angus steers on farm. All Steers were weighed 250kgs plus after 2 hour curfew and will avg 271kgs empty on delivery. All steers were a pleasure to handle and present in store condition - presenting a great opportunity for instant weight gain in the right conditions. These steers landed at Bochara on 25/1/24 and were 200kgs after their trip from Tasmania, after assessment the whole mob averaged 266kgs after 82 days, which is a daily gain of .8kg/day. Steers have a good temperament for weight gain going forward.
