A pre wet season, with good weight compensatory gains, tuck away and forget - 110 Angus/Charbray Cross #4 steer weaners, with 95% vendor-bred and 5% locally purchased, all HGP-free. The vendor has done all the work and offers FREE DELIVERY within 400km of 'Thornton,' Muttaburra using their own transport. The steers were drenched with 'Muster' Backline on 7th August. They have been yard weaned and educated, with the purchased steers having prior trucking experience. The steers have a tight weight range of 130kg, spanning from 190kg to 320kg, with an average weight of 255kg at the time of assessment. They are sired by top-quality Angus, Black Simmental, Charbray, or Brahman bulls out of medium to large-framed, well-bred Brahman X and Brangus cows. However the majority of these Angus/Simm X calves have thrown back to the Charolais colour from previous generations. There are 20 head with a very slight hump or crest. Vendor also offers 160 Angus X #4 steer weaners in the same sale.
