Temperament not assessed in Paddock
These heifers are very quiet and sensible in a larger yard. Most are inquisitive and are happy to be close to you. They were unsettled and fizzy when worked through the pound, and were looking to go to through the same gate as last time with a few becoming agitated and panicked when that gate was not opened. They are out of a very quiet cow herd and it is expected that they would settle down once worked through the yards a few times and put back on grass. Nothing was aggressive or dangerous.

Assessor Comments
A rare opportunity to purchase top shelf, outstanding breeder quality, Registered Stud Angus Heifers. Vendor bred, soft, large framed these heifers are extremely well grown and heavy and mature enough to join to the bull of your choice. This run of heifers was drafted by eye prior to assessment as thought to be the larger framed, heavier, and most likely older heifers with the lighter, younger heifers being assessed separately and also available for sale in this Auction. Vendor is consistently buying bulls in the top price bracket along with now using Artificial Insemination to some of the leading sires and genetics available and the quality of these heifers is a testament to this. Only a very small portion of this drop of "U" year heifers has been retained by the vendor as replacement breeders. Please note photos and videos were taken during and after rain which does not show heifers in the best light. .
