Extremely placid young steers! Very quiet to draft off from the sisters. Very quiet to handle through the yards, all led up the race without hesitation and all exited the crush at a walk. Just 2 steers that did some stomping on the scales, displaying some nervous behaviour. Wandered out into the cooler for photos and just relaxed in the sunshine. Steers with an impeccable temperament that would be ideal for a ‘mature aged’ bullock fattener or could be handled by a stockperson of any experience.

Very stylish line of young baby bullocks to take on. Deep bodied Steers, with excellent length, good thick skins and a real easy-doing softness about them. Carrying top class genetics, being out of the renowned ‘Tonga Station’ Team Te Mania Cows, By Team Te Mania sires (See links to sire EBV’s.)
Steers that tick every box, being - conformation, genetics & temperament, and will be an excellent line to take on for any market, be it domestic or export. Vendor would usually retain steers and grow them out to feeder weights themselves, only selling early to play it safe & look after the breeders first. This is a top class line of steers that would have stood up in the front lane at the recent Premier weaner sales. Buyers please Note. The complete drop of heifers is being offered in the same sale.
