Assessor Comments
On offer are 51 soft crossbred feeder steers averaging 460kg live at assessment. They ranged from 389 - 520kg with only 1 steer under 400kg and 2 steers slightly over 500kg at assessment. Steers are in forward store condition with plenty of frame & potential for weight gain. They are bred from a composite cow base sired by predominately Angus & Shorthorn Bulls. They are soft, hairy steers with plenty of shape & muscle. They are educated, being good to handle/draft & have had plenty of time spent tailing out. Steers are powering ahead on very good winter medics and clovers and would thrive in a feedlot environment or would grow into massive grass bullocks given the opportunity. These are renowned well doing cattle with plenty of performance being so quiet and educated. Buy with confidence.
