Excellent quality 4.5 year old Cashmore Oaklea blood maternal composite ewes.
Part of the "Craggan" part flock dispersal, these ewes represent many years of selective breeding.
The Craggan composite flock is a highly productive, self-replacing composite ewe flock with rams selected with a focus on structure, fertility, growth and positive fat. Ewes are joined as lambs for first joining and any dry ewes are sold. Consistently weaning 145-155% lambs and targeting high end domestic and export processors, the Craggan lambs have achieved an excellent reputation and enjoy competition from repeat buyers. Ewes had lambs weaned off them day before assessment and present in strong forward store to prime condition. Bred purely on Cashmore Oaklea genetics for the last 8 years, and running in a high rainfall district, structure is a major focus.
All ewes will receive full crutch prior to delivery.
A great opportunity to secure genuine classed in young ewes. 900 in total 2.5-4.5 years.
