On offer are a high quality line of fresh 2nd x lambs out of large frame 1st x ewes by Woodstock Poll Dorset rams. These lambs are typically retained to fatten and produce quality supermarket/export carcasses. Lambs are being offered as feeder weights due to surplus numbers. LAMBS WHERE TRAIL FED GRAIN POST WEANING. UPON WEANING LAMBS HAVE BEEN INDUCTED ONTO FEEDERS IN THE PADDOCK AND HAVE TAKEN TO GRAIN. Weaned for a month onto lucerne and clover as well as feeders with barley. They have up to date health treatments given at weaning. A small tail was removed at assessment under 30kgs (5%). These lambs offer immediate compensatory weight gains. Buyers please note this vendor offers another 510 1st x dorset/merino lambs in this sale.
