A great opportunity to purchase the top draft of the Glenwood Merino Stud wether lambs. They are August/September 2024 drop, pure Glenwood SRS blood, weaned a week ago. They will be offered as 2 lots of 450 head a run out the gate with a large tail of 30% removed from assessment. These lambs have been bred for muscle, growth, fat cover and skin type. They are up to date on all of their animal husbandry and will be weaned for 2 weeks come auction day allowing them to hit the ground running. Very odd lamb had pink around ears from grazing on St. John’s wart before weaning, however they have been on fresh feed since, and this will clear up in the next week or so. The two lots totalling 900 would fit to load on a bdouble if required. A good line of plain bodied lambs that would be ideal to shear and fatten into trade or export markets.
