On offer is the complete line of the Morrison Family's June drop, 1st X Lambs that have had a 15% tail removed prior to assessment. The Morrison family are renowned 1st X breeders in the district and have been breeding 1st x lambs for over 24 years. This is an opportunity to buy the later drop mixed sex line to grow out and retain the ewe portion with the wether portion being an excellent article to fatten for the slaughter market. The Merino ewe base is purchased direct from the Pooginook stud, where ewes are selected for their large frame and easy doing ability. They have been using top Quality Glamis B/L rams for the past 24 yrs. These sheep are very well bred and will continue to grow out into large framed long barrelled 1st x lambs. The main run of these ewes are sought after annually, with repeat purchasers year after year at the Forbes 1st X Ewe Sale. 1 lamb with tail that was ringed at assessment.
