An even line of Merino mixed sex lambs, August/September 2024 drop, bred out of Woodside blood Merino ewes by the Multi Purpose Merino Rams. The top line of wether portion will be offered in the same sale. 1 lamb has dry, healed up flystrike over rump and tail.They are most likely the youngest of the drop and a small tail of 25 head was taken from this draft also. The lambs have had all the hard work done being weaned a month ago, jetted with Coopers blowfly and lice and introduced to grain feeders. They would normally be retained shorn and fattened and sold into trade or export markets however due to a change in farming enterprises they will be offered to the market. A great opportunity exists to purchase these lambs to grow out, shear and fatten with emphasis on carcase and wool production.
