A complete drop of 2020 drop ewes, with a small tail out. These ewes are on the market due to an impending property sale. They will present as mainly medium to large frames in forward store condition, being mainly fat score 3’s. The vendor is a very astute woolgrower, and has been very particular with his breeding requirements over the years. His focus has been on the traits mentioned in his comments, with all his rams selected at the top end of the Dual Purpose Plus index, with a rating over 180. To this end, he has been on Centre Plus bloodlines for over 20 years.
A small number of ewes have been affected by foot abscess, and have been drafted out of the mob. Any ewes with busted udders have also been drafted out.
These ewes are on a rapidly rising plane of nutrition, due to the fantastic seasonal conditions that are currently being experienced. There is a very light covering of barley grass evident, but apart from that they are clean.
