250 - Vendor bred Merino ewes 2.5 yrs to 6.5 yrs. Presenting in store to forward store condition. Ewes are late July to Early August shorn, Being crutched 3 weeks prior to assessment. Ewes are Station Mated To Stud Glenella White Suffolk Rams for a tight 43 day period. Ewes are managed under a sustainer wool program & have been in a Barbervax program. A random sample of ewes were mouthed in race, all mouths were noted to be sound, 1 mouth noted to be wearing (see media) Note - Age break up percentage is based on the percentage of each age group recorded from the sample of of ewes assessed, please use as an approximation only. Approx 5% of ewes were noted to have long toe nails, 2 ewes noted with healed old fly strike on hips (see media) Ewes are being offered for sale as an annual sale of surplus ewes - presenting purchasers with an opportunity to secure a line of vendor bred ewes carrying 9 months skin, to become replacement breeding ewes or explore possible trade opportunities.
