Ewes mouthed were the older purple and green tags with only the green tags starting to show some wear and missing the odd wing tooth, balance showing solid mouths and the ewes presenting in healthy strong store condition.

535 x mixed age joined Merino ewes on offer by AC Pastoral of Gum Park Station.
Line is made up of 242 red tags and 293 yellow, purple and green tags. On a sample of 50 of the older ewes the breakdown was 20 green = 40%, 15 yellow = 30% & 15 purple = 30%, this looked to be a fair representation of the 293 older ewes.
These ewes are M&TS, joined to Suffolk rams, bare shorn and have been back lined with Centurion pour on. Ex WA bred sheep from Cranmore park, Woodyarup/ams bloodlines presenting in strong store to forward store condition. Good medium to large framed plain bodied ewes that are straight off the boards cutting a nicely crimped long stapled fleece.
These ewes were purchased with the intention of selling as infrastructure improved as they make way for shedding breeds. With all the hard work done, these ewes are perfect to lamb down on feed and target spring lamb markets.
