All fat score one ewes are fit and healthy and will handle travelling a long distance in reasonable weather. Have been moved to a fresh paddock after scanning with ample fresh regrowth.

Sept-Nov 2022 drop BL/merino SIL maiden hoggets. SIL at just over 100% giving them the best chance of raising a lamb. These hoggets had a tough start to life but are on the improve and still gaining weight post shearing. Presenting healthy and full of life. They were joined for 10 weeks but foetus aging suggests they will lamb over a shorter period. At scanning 24/04 they have been aged as 6-12 weeks in lamb. A lead draft was scanned out of these ewes 3 weeks ago and sold with this consignment representing the lighter of the early pregnants and the later conceiving ewes. Dry and plainer types have been removed. Ewes have been joined to Tattykeel and Aberdeen blood poll Dorset sires for a winter lambing. There are 2 origins in this consignment, “Bangate”, Lightening Ridge (approx 40%) and “Yamburgan”, Dirranbandi. They are for sale due to the finalisation of a lease property and will be realistically reserved. Please note vendor is offering another 2 lines of SIL ewes in today’s sale.
