Assessor Comments
A very well bred even line of NSM Highlander ewe hoggets in ideal joining condition. Ewes are bred from a fertile flock with weaning percentages annually averaging around 155%. Vendor has a strong focus on production with lamb survival, growth, carcass conformation and fertility all a high priority at sire selection. Ewes stand evenly as a group and in mainly forward condition. All Ewes scanned in lamb this year as ewe lambs. Ewes were joined at 8 months of age and did an excellent job rearing their first lamb. Ewes are generally larger framed females and will mature into big productive ewes if given the opportunity going forward. Please call for further information.
