Assessor Comments
9 x 9 Heifers and calves, Charolais/ Hereford x. A small but attractive line of young breeders, that you don’t see every day. Vendor is offering 2 lots of these heifers with exactly the same breeding. Make a nice line putting both lots together. The heifers are out of ex Dimontee Stud Charolais cows by the Centennial Poll Hereford Bull. Calves at foot by the Rosskin Angus bull. The neater shorter types of the 2 lots. Ready for the bull of your choice and a spring calving later next year. A great opportunity to put 2 or 3 lots of these heifers together, with the hard work done already of the first calf well advanced and on the ground. The heifers are in very good condition, and we’re easy to work and handle while being assessed. The vendors have switched over to black cattle a few years back. The last of there Charolais females. Please note = Vendor has 2 other lots in this sale. Have also included photo of calf with lump on side of face vendor lanced, healing up nicely.
