NICE QUALITY LINE OF MIXED SEX WEANERS TO SUIT FURTHER BACKGROUNDING. CALVES WERE WEANED RELATIVELY YOUNG AT APPROX 160KG AVERAGE. WEIGHED CALVES 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO ASSESSMENT AND THEY HAVE PUT ON 20KG IN THAT TIME (1.4KG/DAY). THESE ARE THE TOP 45 FROM 55 CALVES IN THE MOB. HEIFERS HAVE DONE A PRETTY GOOD JOB CONSIDERING LATER SEASON BREAK AND THESE CALVES ARE NOW READY TO BOUNCE AHEAD GIVEN THE RIGHT NUTRITION.
25 STEER CAVES AND 20 HEIFERS RANGING FROM 160-270 KG TO AVERAGE 190 ON DELIVERY. PREDOMINANTLY ANGUS WITH 5 BALDIES AND 1 GREY.
THESE CALVES ARE ON THE GO, BUY WITH CONFIDENCE.
NOTE ONE LATER MARKED STEER (270KG) SHOWING THICKER NECK AND STRONG HEAD BUT VENDOR CONFIDENT HE WAS CASTRATED CORRECTLY.
