Overall these heifers were good to handle. Couple of these females were unsettled when pressure was applied in the yards but once taken off they settled down. I believe with a little more education in the yards these weaners will be excellent to handle.

Quality line of weaned Black Baldy heifers. Bred out of medium to large frame Angus mothers and sired by high indexing Yavenvale Poll Hereford Bulls. These heifer weaners are showing excellent growth & weight for their age at 5/6 months. As potential breeders these heifers tick all the boxes, however these cattle would also be suitable for any backgrounding or finishing program. Cattle are PCAS eligible. Heifers have been yard weaned and have had all the health treatments and are ready to steam ahead. The vendor will also be offering 37 Angus heifers, 6 Angus X Steers & 4 Angus X heifers in the same sale.
