Heifers handled quite well in the yards with only a few ring leaders that tend to trot about a bit. In the crush the heifers were reasonably well behaved but a few did resent being under pressure. Generally a well handled line of heifers that are best handled in a quiet manner. Odd heifer has the ability to fizz a bit if isolated.

A line of Brahman heifers that have been pregnancy tested non-detectable by a vet back in April. These will suit restockers looking to rebuild breeder numbers. These would be ideal to mate to the bulls of choice for an F1 calf. Buyers note there are also an additional lot Charbray/Brahman cross heifers being offered in the sale if a buyer is looking to put a decent sized line together. Fort Constantine is now a tick free area so consequently free to move to all areas.
