Assessor Comments
Buyers on offer is 110 vendor bred Angus and Angus Santa steers weighing 200 - 300kgs to ave 252.3kgs at assessment. Steers present in forward store condition and have been grazing fresh oats and clover crop doing very well. Steers stand on good bone and frame with still plenty of compensatory gain to be had by potential purchaser. Steers are bred on the western side of Armidale out of a good quality Angus and Angus Santa cow herd being sired by good quality Booroomooka and Brooksby Angus bulls. Steers weaned onto the vendors property on the edge of Armidale. Steers have all animal health treatments up to date and would be ideal to take home put onto crop or fresh feed and finishing growing out to feeders or export bullocks.
