Very quiet young females, that were all very well behaved throughout the assessment, led up the race quietly, all stood sensibly on the crush, and exited at a walk, just a few heifers (3) that were a bit anxious in the crush, doing some stomping and weaving. Very quiet to share the yards with for photographing, no rushing through any gateways or showing any signs of anxiety in the yards. A pleasure to handle, and a real credit to the vendor.

Pure Ardenside* Angus Blood Heifers (*40 years of pure Te Mania genetics) Heifers present in light store condition due to tough seasonal conditions, but are long bodied, out of large framed cows, and have the genetics to mature in to good, large framed females. Bred for ease of calving, correct structure & 600 day growth. Heifers with a real stand out temperament that were a pleasure to share the yards with. All frame and offering some good compensatory weight gain on delivery, making them ideal heifers to back ground and target a feeder heifer market with. Buyers please Note. Vendor has another lot of the heavier sister in the same sale, as well as a lot of the Autumn drop sisters (6 months older) and a lot of Autumn drop steers.
